摘要

缺氧诱导因子2(HIF-2)是bHLH-PAS 超家族成员之一,能够应答细胞内氧气浓度的降低而对多种基 因的表达进行调控,且与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。肝细胞癌(肝癌)是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一, 治疗效果有限,病死率高,研究HIF-2 在肝癌中的作用可有助于改进治疗手段,改善患者预后。


Role of hypoxia inducible factor 2 in hepatocellular carcinoma: recent advances

Abstract

Hypoxia inducible factor 2 (HIF-2) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix/Per Arnt-Sim (bHLH-PAS) family, which can regulate the expressions of a variety of genes in response to intracellular hypoxia, and also closely related to tumor occurrence and development. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, with limited therapeutic options and high mortality. So, investigation of the role of HIF-2 in HCC may provide insights into improving treatment access and outcomes of the patients.
