目的：系统性评价铜绿假单胞菌制剂应用于乳腺癌治疗中的效果。方法：检索国内外数据库，检索时间为各数据库建库至2014 年11 月。纳入在乳腺癌治疗中应用铜绿假单胞菌制剂的随机对照试验（RCT），筛选文献、提取数据和文献质量评价后，用RevMan 5.1.2 软件进行Meta 分析。结果：共纳入9 篇RCT 研究，Meta 分析结果显示，常规处理方案联合铜绿假单胞菌制剂明显升高患者完全缓解率（OR=2.22）、总有效率（OR=6.73）、患者Karnofsky 评分（MD=9.79） 及IL-2 水平（SMD=1.56），明显降低患者疾病稳定率（OR=0.36）、疾病进展率（OR=0.18）以及缩短患者术后积液消失时间（MD=-7.52）。结论：联合铜绿假单胞菌制剂可明显提高乳腺癌患者放化疗效果，但该结论仍需要高质量的研究进一步证实。
Efficacy of conventional therapy combined with use of pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation for treatment of breast cancer: a Meta-analysis
Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of use of pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) preparation in treatment of breast cancer. Methods: The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) concerning the use of PA preparation in treatment of breast cancer were collected by searching the national and international databases, and the time period of search ranged from inception of each database until November 2014. After literature screening, data extraction and quality assessment, Meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.1.2 software. Results: Nine RCTs were finally included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that combined use of PA preparation with conventional treatment significantly increased the complete response rate (OR=2.22), total response rate (OR=6.73), Karnofsky score (MD=9.79) and IL-2 level, and significantly decreased the stable disease rate (OR=0.36) and progress disease rate (OR=0.18), as well as shortened the time to disappearance of the postoperative fluid collection (MD=–7.52). Conclusion: Combined use of PA preparation can increase the efficacy of conventional chemoradiotherapy in treatment of breast cancer, but this conclusion needs further verification by more high quality studies.
