摘要

甲状腺微小乳头状癌（PTMC）发病率呈全球化激增，故其诊治近年来倍受重视并引发争议。目前国内外部分学者对PTMC提出了两种诊治策略：“过度诊断，过度治疗”与“主动观察，延迟干预”。但结合PTMC的特点、患者意愿、医疗环境及医疗资源诸方面综合评估，“主动观察，伺机干预”是目前为止PTMC的最佳处理方式。
