摘要

肝门部胆管癌的外科治疗尽管取得了长足的进步，但仍然是外科医生最为困难的挑战之一。在肝门部胆管癌的定义、分期、影像学评估、术前预处理、手术治疗及辅助性治疗等方面还存在诸多争议，需要多个学科的共同努力以努力达到最好的治疗效果。

Abstract

Despite considerable progress, the surgical treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma remains one of the most difficult challenges for surgeons. There are still many disputes concerning the definition, staging, imaging evaluation, preoperative pretreatment, surgical procedures and adjuvant therapy of this disease. So, it requires the joint efforts of multiple disciplines to achieve the best treatment effect.
