肝癌发生发展机制的研究进展及其治疗现状

摘要

肝癌是预后较差的恶性肿瘤，发病率及病死率高。迄今为止，肝癌的发生发展机制尚未完全明确。多学科综合治疗是治疗肝癌的主要手段。笔者综述肝癌发病机制及治疗的研究进展，以期望为肝癌提供更好诊断及治疗的策略。

Abstract

Primary liver cancer is a malignant tumor with poor prognosis and high morbidity and mortality. So far, the mechanisms for the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer have not been fully understood, and multidisciplinary comprehensive therapy is the main modality for the treatment of primary liver cancer. Here, the authors overview the research progress on pathogenesis of primary liver cancer and its treatment, so as to provide bett er strategies for its diagnosis and treatment.
