摘要
原发性肝癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，影响原发性肝癌预后的因素很多，大致可分为患者因素、肿瘤本身因素、治疗相关因素3 大类。笔者就以上影响原发性肝癌预后因素做一综述。

Prognostic factors in liver cancer

Abstract
Primary liver cancer (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide. A variety of factors may influence the prognosis of HCC, which can be grouped into three broad categories, namely: patient’s personal factors, tumor-specific factor, and treatment-related factors. In this paper, the authors offer an overview of those factors affecting the prognosis of HCC.
