摘要

交界性可切除胰腺癌是介于可切除与不可切除胰腺癌之间的一个分期，其在技术上可获得根治性切除，但有较高风险出现阳性切缘的特点。笔者对最近几年关于交界性可切除胰腺癌预后评估及治疗方面的研究进展进行阐述和讨论。

Abstract

Borderline resectable pancreatic cancer (BRPC) is an intermediate stage between resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer, characterized by having a chance to achieve radical resection technically but with high risk of positive surgical margin. In this paper, the authors address the recent advances in aspects of prognotic evaluation and treatment of this condition.
