摘要

对分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）患者在随访期内进行动态风险评估是密切结合疾病特点而提出的新理念，是向疾病个体化、精确化诊治管理方向迈出的关键、坚实一步。笔者全面阐述DTC动态风险评估的发展历程、指南立场、根据评估结果的后续管理建议，以及现有风险分层的局限性和未来展望。

Abstract

Conducting the dynamic risk assessment in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) during follow-up period is a newly proposed concept that is closely linked to the characteristics of the disease, and it is a critical and solid step towards individualized and precise management. The present review is to comprehensively illustrate the dynamic risk assessment of DTC from the aspects of the development process, the standpoint of the guidelines, and the follow-up recommendations according to the assessment results, as well as the limitations and prospects of the current risk stratification.
